The 2026 Shotgun World Shoot (SWS) in Greece has come to a close, marking another important milestone in SPECIAL PIE’s continued support of the shooting sports community. Following our sponsorship of the 2023 SWS in Thailand, we were proud to support the competition in Greece three years later, bringing our updated M1A2+ Shot Timer to another major international event.

Over these three years, the M1A2+ has continued to evolve, with new features designed to address the practical needs of Range Officers (ROs) and improve the competition experience. At the 2026 SWS, Walkthrough Mode helped ROs manage stage walkthroughs more efficiently, providing three consecutive beeps during the final minute as a timely reminder. The RO Delay function offered additional protection against accidental or premature stop-button presses, helping reduce unnecessary reshoots. When rain arrived during the later days of the competition, the timer continued to perform reliably, demonstrating its practicality in changing weather conditions.

Beyond the M1A2+ Shot Timer, SPECIAL PIE’s latest products also received positive attention at the event. The E2 Electronic Ear Protection and R9 Red Dot Sight attracted interest from participants, and some went on to purchase the products after trying them out. This response provided encouraging feedback on our expanding product range and its application in practical shooting.

From Thailand in 2023 to Greece in 2026, our involvement with SWS reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting competitive shooting and developing equipment around the real needs of shooters and match officials. We thank the organizers, Range Officers, athletes, and everyone who connected with SPECIAL PIE during the event. We look forward to continuing this journey and meeting the shooting community at future competitions.
